Products

All HOARD jewellery is individually handcrafted using traditional techniques and natural materials.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in finish, texture, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects. Where natural gemstones are used, each stone is unique and will display its own individual characteristics.

Unless otherwise stated, product photographs show the exact item you will receive.

Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

We reserve the right to amend product prices at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Where pricing errors occur, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund if payment has already been taken.

Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically create a binding contract.

Your order is accepted once you receive confirmation that it has been processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including but not limited to circumstances involving pricing errors, stock availability, suspected fraudulent activity, or other exceptional situations.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch of your order.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.

Processing and Delivery

As all HOARD products are handmade to order, processing times vary.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided on our Shipping Policy page and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions.

HOARD is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, adverse weather, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and repairs are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Please read this policy before making a purchase.

Repairs

Where appropriate, HOARD may offer repairs to products in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Repair eligibility will depend on the nature of the issue and whether it results from a manufacturing fault, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
